The Scrap Collector can scrap and rinse dishes at about the same rate that a medium size dishmachine can wash. It also accomodates cafeteria trays.

The Pot / Pan Collector has an enlarged opening that will accomodate cookware as large as 26" sheet pans in addition to normal dishware.

The Trough Collector recirculates water down a trough for multiple operators. It can keep up with larger dish machines.
