scrap into a trough of recirculating water to keep up with larger dishmachines.
Salvajor Collectors use only 2 gpm fresh water. They are widely accepted in
communities that restrict the use of disposers and are safe to use with grease
interceptors and septic systems. Collectors offer a cost effective alternative to
pulpers.
