The TroughVeyor is a solution for large food service establishment where typical scrapping systems can't keep up. Multiple operators scrap into a trough of recirculating water to keep up with the largest of dishmachines. Only using the water required by one disposer, the Troughveyor is an excellent alternative to a fresh water trough or multiple disposers.

Best suited for use with double tank or flight rackless conveyor dishmachines. Available with 3, 5 or 7-1/2 horsepower disposer.
